YES ! Here at Pulse EMS, we work around your availability. Due to the nature of our work most of our staff are employed on a casual basis.
Working hours vary, shifts range from 4 hours to 12 hours with weekends and occasional nights/ late finishes. We can arrange transport for staff and mileage can be claimed.
No. Absolutely not. We do not expect anyone to put themselves, our crews or clients in danger. Training will be given and further training can be accessed as necessary. Please talk to the ops team if you have any worries or concerns.
All our vehicles are insured and inspected before they go on the road. Emergency ambulances are blue light fitted and only blue light certified drivers are permitted to use blue lights when driving. Pulse EMS are fully insured for malpractice and indemnity.
Yes ! All our staff wear branded uniforms that are unique to us and clearly identify our staff as medical personnel. Certain circumstances mean we wear hi vis and PPE but these are assessed on an individual basis. If needed we can supply covert medics for your event to ensure low key operations.
All equipment is provided to you. We understand that certain professionals may have their own kit bags. We are happy for you to use these provided it is discussed with our team leader on the day. Please discuss this with the ops team prior to the event.
